Description CNA/HHA An elite Home Health Agency is looking for a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide, with Current Palm Beach County Badge) to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. The CNA/HHA will interact directly with patients assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual. Qualifications & Skills CNA License or (HHA Certification) HHAs, must have Current (Palm Beach County Badge) Minimum 5 years senior care experience preferred Level 2 background screening Clean drug test Current Driver License and Auto insurance Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy High tolerance for working under pressure and handling critical situations with a cool head Duties may include, but not limited to; Showering, dressing Toileting/incontinence Transferring Meal prep, feeding Light housekeeping Errands, appointments Laundry, changing bed linens Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements At HomeWell, you ARE an employee and NOT an independent contractor.
