As a Driver CNA, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, and we're excited to offer this full-time opportunity to join our team. About the
Role:
As a Driver CNA, you'll provide compassionate care to our residents, escorting them to appointments, activities, and social events, while ensuring their safety and well-being. Your expertise in patient care, mobility, and wheelchair assistance will enable our residents to maintain their independence and quality of life. You'll work closely with our nursing staff to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
Escort residents to appointments, activities, and social events, providing assistance with mobility and wheelchair transfers as needed Provide wheelchair assistance and ambulation support to ensure resident safety and mobility Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior to the nursing staff Assist with resident care and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident interactions and care provided
Requirements:
Current CNA certification Valid driver's license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with mobility assistance
