If you are looking to make a difference in the lives and families that we serve, we are looking for a full-time and part-time, every other weekend (40 hours/per week and benefit eligible) Certified Nurse's Aide to join our skilled workforce.
The Certified Nurse's Aide Job Responsibilities:
Care for residents in long term and short term rehab. Provide assistance in activities of daily living, serving meals, feeding, bathing, ambulating, turning and positioning. Maintain patient stability, recording intake and output of patients. Provide comfort and care utilizing resources and materials, transporting patients, answering call lights and requests promptly, reporting observations of your patient to the nurse supervisor. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records. Maintains work operations by following proper policies and procedures. Serves the facility and protects by adhering to professional standards, federal, state and local standards. Participates in all educational requirements. Provide a warm and caring attitude toward patients and residents assigned. Maintains all resident and patient information confidential. Qualified applicants will have the following: Minimum of one-year experience in a skilled nursing facility.Highlights of our benefits package:
