Job Summary:

At Palmetto Care Center, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a full-time basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and mobility Develop and implement individualized care plans with the nursing team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Participate in resident care conferences and care planning meetings Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Florida Basic Life Support (BLS) certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed Ability to work weekends from 3pm to 11pm Ability to pass a drug test
