Key Responsibilities:

Provide Personalized Care:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support—always maintaining dignity and respect.

Promote Comfort & Safety:

Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, ensuring their well-being in a safe, nurturing environment.

Foster Meaningful Connections:

Build trust and relationships with residents and families to enhance their quality of life.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep resident rooms and communal areas clean, organized, and hygienic.

Ensure Accurate Documentation:

Record care activities and communicate updates clearly with nursing and care staff. Collaborate with the

Care Team:

Work alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized, holistic care.

Enhance Quality of Life:

Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications:
