Overview Join our compassionate team as a CNA/HHA providing home care, where your dedication and empathy will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring care. Responsibilities Assist with personal care (feeding, bathing, showering, transferring) Monitor residents' safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Respond promptly to residents' needs, light housekeeping tasks like cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe environment. Prepare meals or snacks as needed, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed accurately. Document observations meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and care protocols; communicate any concerns or changes to supervising staff immediately. One-on-One care in a client's home or facility App based system for scheduling and time tracking with capability to access weekly pay stubs. Get paid easily and effortlessly with weekly direct deposit. Choose the area you want to visit, the number of clients you work, and be treated as a values resource to the homecare industry. Experience Active CNA License or HHA Certificate from State-Accredited school CPR Certified Prior experience in caregiving Familiarity with caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, autism spectrum disorder, or developmental disabilities enhances your ability to deliver specialized support. Experience working within care plans and adhering to HIPAA standards ensures confidentiality and quality of care. Demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of safety and compassion is crucial.
