- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts as they become available What You'll Do Depending on each client's Plan of Care, your responsibilities may include:
- Personal care and hygiene assistance
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Mobility and transfer support
- Companionship and safety supervision
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Following the client's Plan of Care
- Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home What You'll Need
- Current Florida CNA certification
- At least 1 year of home care experience
- Ability to complete required background screening through the Clearinghouse
- Reliable communication and attendance
- Dependable transportation for applicable assignments
- AxisCare experience is a plus
