Full Job Description Job Summary:

This will be a set schedule with rotating weekends.

Day shift:

7a-7p

Night Shift:

MEMORY CARE

community with an ECC license and are are seeking compassionate Caregivers and/or Med Techs to provide assistance to our residents. This individual will help with daily activities, personal care, and companionship to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or home care
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with dementia care and working with people with developmental disabilities
• Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Proficient in providing hospice care and understanding end-of-life needs
• Skilled in monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in hospice care
• Training in behavior management techniques
