This role serves as the primary point of contact for staff scheduling, shift changes, and operational support on weekends, ensuring smooth operations and quality care for residents. Every weekend Baylor - 7am-11pm

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and adjust weekend schedules for all departments as needed Monitor staffing levels to ensure coverage aligns with resident needs and regulatory requirements Communicate schedule updates, call-offs, and shift changes to staff promptly Coordinate with department managers regarding staffing needs, overtime, and fill-ins Serve as the first point of contact for weekend staffing issues, escalations, and emergencies Track attendance, verify timesheets, and report discrepancies Support new hire onboarding and orientation during weekend coverage as needed Maintain compliance with facility policies, labor laws, and regulatory guidelines Provide excellent internal customer service to staff and management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

MUST BE CNA

Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, or human resources, preferably in healthcare Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changes Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Kronos, Paycom, or similar) Professional, approachable, and team-oriented

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
