Key Responsibilities:

Patient Monitoring and Care:

Take and record patients' vital signs, height, and weight. Perform blood draws, assist with PPD tests, and conduct EKGs as required. Measure and document fluid intake and output.

Treatment Assistance:

Support patient treatments, including dressing changes, decubitus ulcer care, and tracheostomy care. Assist in scheduling patient appointments to ensure continuity of care.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow YesCare and facility safety and security policies, including participation in disaster drills. Adhere to regulations for handling keys, sharps, and controlled medications.

Key Qualifications:

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent required.

Certification:

Must hold a valid CNA certification from a recognized professional organization in the state of hire. Strong critical thinking and organizational abilities. Decisive judgment and effective communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.

Work Environment:

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and stressful environment, taking appropriate actions as needed.
