Position Summary As a Caregiver (CNA, PCT, HHA, or someone with a caring heart), you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients' daily needs and enhancing their quality of life. Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your caregiving journey, your dedication to helping others will be the key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Helping clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.
• Safely repositioning and transferring clients who may be unable to do so themselves (must be able to lift 50 lbs).
• Monitoring clients' well-being and reporting any changes to the appropriate team members. Required Skills and Qualifications We're looking for individuals who:
• Have a genuine passion for caregiving and a strong desire to help others.
• Are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with client repositioning.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are reliable, compassionate, and patient.
