Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), where your dedication to patient well-being makes a meaningful difference. Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff Provide emotional support and companionship to patients Help with feeding and hydration as directed Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Follow care plans and adhere to healthcare protocols Support nursing staff with basic medical tasks as permitted by certification
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Prior experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Physical stamina and ability to assist with patient mobility Knowledge of basic healthcare practices and safety procedures We foster a positive, inclusive work culture that values teamwork, continuous learning, and the well-being of both our staff and patients. Requirements:
Be able to pass background check and drug test, also to have CPR training and along with a T.B. test done annually
