Program Director / CNA Instructor (RN)

Peach State Medical Institute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as both the Program Director and Primary Instructor for our Nurse Aide Training Program. This individual will oversee program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, provide classroom and clinical instruction, and support student success throughout the program.

Responsibilities:

Serve as Program Director for the Nurse Aide Training Program Provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction Ensure compliance with Georgia Nurse Aide Program requirements Maintain student records, attendance, and program documentation Supervise and evaluate students during clinical rotations Assist with program approval, regulatory submissions, and audits Support curriculum implementation and program development Foster a positive and professional learning environment

Qualifications:

Active Georgia RN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience At least 1 year of long term care experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to teach and mentor adult learners Train the Trainer certification preferred, or willingness to obtain

Compensation:

Monthly stipend of $2,000 for serving as Program Director and Primary Instructor Compensation based on cohorts of up to 8 students Opportunity for additional compensation as enrollment grows beyond 8 students
