Job Description

Overview Bea's Private Home Care Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to provide high-quality, in-home care to clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about serving others and committed to enhancing the quality of life for elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals. Join our dedicated team as a Caregiver CNA, where your compassionate care and hands-on support make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. In this vital role, you will provide personalized patient care, monitor health conditions, and create a safe, nurturing environment for residents across various care settings. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or transfer belts Monitor patients' vital signs regularly and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly Support with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfer Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, fostering a calm and structured environment Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption when necessary Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations, care activities, and medication administration in compliance with healthcare standards Perform light cleaning duties to uphold a safe and sanitary living environment in accordance with health protocols Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent licensure required Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, patient monitoring techniques, and medication administration protocols Experience with Alzheimer's/dementia/memory care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate patient transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts Strong observational skills for patient safety, including recognizing signs of distress or deterioration CPR and First Aid certification required; ongoing training encouraged to stay current on best practices Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teamsJoin us in providing compassionate, professional caregiving that enriches lives every day! 6-days a week M-F(9am-4:30pm) Sun (9am-3pm)
Pay:
$14.50 - $18.00 per hour
