Are you a Registered Nurse with a passion for training the next generation of CNAs? We're seeking a CNA Program Director to lead our state-approved CNA training program in accordance with Alliant Health and Georgia Nurse Aide Program guidelines.

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, active Georgia license. Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in a long-term care facility. Must hold or be willing to obtain the CNA Train-the-Trainer certification as required by Georgia Nurse Aide Program standards. Experience in education or training strongly preferred. Must be familiar with Alliant Health CNA program regulations.

Duties:

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of the CNA curriculum in compliance with Georgia Nurse Aide Program and Alliant Health guidelines. Supervise instructors and ensure program remains in good standing with the state. Ensure students receive the highest quality training and meet all program objectives. Maintain accurate student and program records for compliance. Facilitate clinical placements and ensure clinical objectives are met.
