Bi Weekly Pay Schedule:

Monday

• Friday 12PM-8PM (8 HOUR SHIFT) Every other weekend 11AM-8PM (9 HOUR SHIFT) Hiring 2 people for this role.

Employee Duties:

Provide personal care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing the patient's living space.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary.

PPE's are supplied as needed.

Requirements Include:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant or Home Health Aide or completion of a state-approved training program.
• Drivers license
• Social Security Card
• Negative TB Test(2 Years)
• Current CPR/First Aid
• Background through Fingerprinting or State Issued
• Reliable Transportation
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures.
• Ability to lift and move patients safely, following proper body mechanics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients of all ages.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation of patient care.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work independently or as part of a team.
