We are seeking dedicated and reliable RN and LPN nurses who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families. Job Responsibilities Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient's home Monitor and assess patient condition, vital signs, and changes in status Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician Perform skilled nursing tasks including: G-tube care/feedings Tracheostomy care Suctioning Oxygen therapy Seizure monitoring/interventions Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) when needed Maintain accurate and timely Medicaid/GAPP-compliant documentation Educate and support family members/caregivers Communicate effectively with physicians, case managers, and care team Follow individualized care plans and physician orders Qualifications Active Georgia RN or LPN License CPR/BLS Certification Required Current TB Test Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation Pediatric or home care experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently and professionally in a home setting Must pass background screening What We Offer Weekly Pay Flexible Schedules Supportive Team Environment One-on-One Patient Care Opportunity to make a meaningful impact with medically fragile children For More Information or to
