Compensation & Benefits:

$225,000 annual base salary $50,000 signing bonus $2,000 CME allowance (with rollover option up to $2,000 annually) Premium pay for hours beyond 40 per week 7 weeks time off W-2 position with full benefits Malpractice coverage provided
