From assisting with therapeutic exercises to encouraging self-care and personal growth, every moment you spend with a resident is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. What You'll Do As part of our compassionate care team, you will: Empower residents through personalized restorative programs that support physical, emotional, and social well being Encourage independence through mobility training, grooming, dressing, and daily living skills Assist with range of motion exercises, positioning, transfers, and adaptive techniques Build meaningful connections while promoting dignity, respect, and self worth Observe, document, and communicate changes to ensure the highest quality of care Partner with nurses and leadership to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment Why This Role Matters Every resident has a story, and you will play a key role in helping them continue writing it.
