Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and provide a professional presence in the client's home.

Personal Care:

Provide high-level assistance with hygiene, grooming, and incontinence care.

Specialized Support:

Manage medication reminders, mobility assistance (transfers), and meal preparation.

Engagement:

Provide companionship and transportation to appointments or outings.

Communication:

Document care notes and alert the team to any changes in the client's condition with professional detail.

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

Professional Demeanor:

Punctual, reliable, and maintains a polished, respectful presence.

CNA Skills:

While a certification isn't always required, you must have experience with hands-on personal care and ADLs.

Experience:

Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is highly preferred.

Reliability:

Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Requirements:
