Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants while advancing your career in healthcare. The position is paid and requires a valid certification as a CNA. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature and pulse. Maintain clean and safe patient environments Document patient care activities thoroughly using electronic health record (EHR) Assist with medication administration under supervision, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety standards. Operate patient lifts like Hoyer lifts safely to prevent injury during transfers, especially in post-acute or long-term care settings. Support patients with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs through compassionate caregiving approaches. Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from an accredited program. Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a background check.
