Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where you'll play an essential role in supporting patients throughout their outpatient procedure experience. In this fast-paced environment, you'll help maintain efficient patient flow, provide direct clinical support, and contribute to a safe, welcoming, and patient-centered care experience. This high-volume procedural setting cares for approximately 20 patients each day and offers the opportunity to build a diverse clinical skill set while working alongside a collaborative interdisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding patient care. Schedule Monday-Thursday Four 10-hour shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. No weekends or holidays What You Can Expect As a CNA, you will provide both clinical and operational support to ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their visit.
Responsibilities include:
Performing patient intake, including pregnancy testing, laboratory specimen collection, EKGs, and documentation of essential patient information Preparing and supporting patients before, during, and after procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered care Assisting with airway management and performing bladder scans as directed within scope of practice Cleaning and preparing patient rooms between cases, ensuring proper sanitization and readiness for the next patient Maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and safe clinical environment Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient patient flow and a positive patient experience Preferred Qualifications One year of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience Experience using Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system Education & Experience Required Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Nurse Apprentice Letter Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
