• 6 am Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding Take and record vital signs accurately Provide patient comfort and support Help with medical procedures as instructed by healthcare professionals Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Document patient information and care provided Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care Skills Experience in providing care to children or adults Strong patient service orientation Knowledge of critical care practices Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Understanding of hospice care principles Basic knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology Proficiency in medical-surgical procedures Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience working in a medical office setting Knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control
