Job Description

CNA Evercare of Granite City Join our team at Evercare of Granite City, a premier healthcare provider, and take the first step towards a rewarding career as a Certified Nursing Assistant! As a CNA , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication management Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Monitor and report changes in patient condition, medication, and treatments Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Assist with resident transfers, ambulations, and mobility exercises
Key Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an approved CNA training program and certified in the state of Illinois Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in health-related field preferred Must be able to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods Why Choose Evercare of Granite City?
