Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CNA to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and attention to our residents, including: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with transfers, mobility, and ambulation Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents Supporting residents with daily routines and activities

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and respectful care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met Work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progression Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

Current CNA Certification in the State of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
