About the Role As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. You will assist with daily living activities and work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs Support nursing staff with patient care and medical equipment Transfer and transport residents safely Maintain clean and organized resident environments, including changing linens Accurately document care and communicate with team members About Us Meadowbrook Manor is a 24-hour Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Available Shifts We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time team members: 6:00 AM

• 2:00 PM 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM 10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM (limited availability) Qualifications Active Illinois CNA Certification (in good standing) Current CPR Certification Strong patient care and customer service skills Excellent communication, documentation, and basic computer skills New graduates are encouraged to apply
