Nurse Aide C.N.A.

Meadowbrook Manor Naperville is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, CNA you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of nurses and other healthcare professionals. You will assist in daily living activities, support patient comfort, and help monitor patient conditions to ensure the overall well-being of those in our care.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Help patients with mobility needs, including transferring, positioning, and ambulation. Provide basic care for patients, including skin care, feeding, and dressing. Observe and report any changes in a patient's condition or behavior to the nursing staff. Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers. Ensure patient rooms are clean, safe, and well-organized. Assist with routine medical procedures and treatments as directed by medical staff. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients as needed.

Qualifications :

Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program and certification (CNA) required. Current CPR certification. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with patients and team members. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong attention to detail. Ability to lift and move patients and equipment safely.
