Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the nursing staff Support the nursing and medical team by taking vital signs and documenting care accurately Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment in accordance with healthcare policies
