Position Summary The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands-on care to Residents while supporting their physical and emotional well-being. CNAs are essential members of our care team and help create a warm, home atmosphere for those we serve. Key Responsibilities Assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in Residents' conditions Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with the policies of the Home Follow infection control and safety procedures Uphold the dignity and privacy of each Resident Qualifications/Requirements Current Illinois CNA certification in good standing CPR certification Previous long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills A compassionate heart and commitment to serving the elderly Drug test, criminal background check, and physical are required What We Offer Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Pension (for eligible employees) 403(b) (for eligible employees) Paid time off (for eligible employees) A mission-driven, supportive work environment Opportunities for spiritual enrichment and professional growth Why Work With Us?
