Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-time Night Shift Opportunities At Rose Garden of Pana, we are dedicated to meeting the needs of our residents with excellence and compassion. Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team on night shift. Hours available are 6 pm to 6 am or 10 pm to 6 am. As a CNA on our team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and support their overall well-being. Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families Assist with medical documentation and ensure accurate records are maintained Support patients with mobility needs including safe transfers to and from beds or wheelchairs Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols Engage in specialized care in settings such as hospice care, behavioral health units, or pediatrics Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement patient care plans effectively Experience Familiarity with medical documentation systems is a plus Experience in specialized areas such as memory care or hospice care is beneficial
