In this vital role, you will provide essential patient care, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for individuals across various care settings. Duties Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, transfer, lifting, and Accu check Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately Preparing meals, incontinence, routine health, laundry, companionship, outside home Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver patient-centered care in an in-home care environments Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures like catheter care or wound management to prevent infection Requirements Valid CNA certification from an accredited program with current licensure in the state of employment Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) certification required Strong communication skills and compassionate caregiving approach Ability to lift and transfer patient safely Join our team and become part of a dedicated community committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
