About Us:
BrightStar Care is a home care company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs that assist with a variety of care needs, from simple companionship to round-the-clock skilled nursing care. Our clients receive personalized Plans of Care developed by a Registered Nurse. Our focus is on delivering top-notch care with a compassionate approach.Role Overview:
As a Caregiver / CNA at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality in-home care to our clients in Tinley Park, Illinois. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to ensure that each client receives personalized support that promotes their well-being. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those you care for.Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care including assistance with toileting, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with light housekeeping and companionship needs. Assist in creating and following personalized Plans of Care developed by our Registered Nurses. Engage with clients to ensure their comfort and safety while maintaining dignity. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and services offered.Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills, particularly in English. Empathy and passion for helping others in a home care setting. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs, including weekends.Bonus If You:
Have experience in dementia care or similar health conditions. Possess additional certifications in health and wellness. Are bilingual, especially in languages that serve diverse communities.Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed on weekdays and weekends.Location:
