Role:

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate support and personalized assistance to older adult clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene care, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) . Support toileting activities, incontinence care, and personal care assistance with dignity and respect. Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and nutritional support. Help with laundry, light housekeeping, organizing, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment. Assist with mobility support, transfers, repositioning, and the safe use of mechanical lift devices when needed. Build meaningful relationships with clients while fostering a respectful, safe, and comfortable home environment. Provide companionship, emotional support, and dependable care that helps improve quality of life.
Requirements:
Previous caregiving experience required; CNA license preferred. Nanny, childcare, home health aide (HHA), or personal care experience is a plus. Ability to pass a background check. High school diploma or GED required. Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance. Reliable Transportation. Strong communication skills, compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing exceptional care.
