Description Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park is looking to add to our CNA Team. Compass Park is a vast 320-acre community in the heart of Johnson County adjacent to Indianapolis. It is a vibrant community through all seasons and a place of beauty, rich in tall trees and winding footpaths. This job is in Franklin, IN.

Paid Training State Accredited Certified Nurse Aide Training Class CNA Training Responsibilities:

Provide quality care to the facility residents. Must complete a minimum of 30 hrs. classroom / 75 hrs. floor Must pass a state written exams and state skilled test Document care delivery in an accurate and timely manner. Coordinate work with other nursing assistants to ensure all care needs are met. Report pertinent changes in residents to the immediate supervisor. Work in cooperation and respectfully with other departments within the facility. Serve as a dependable employee by working on scheduled days and showing up to work on time. Follow direction and complete tasks assigned by the Charge Nurse. Adhere to safety precautions per each resident's plan of care.

CNA Training Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred Must be 18 years of age Moderate reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; auditory and visual skills.
