Maternal Child Health Nurse Practitoner or Physician Assistant

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center serving the low income and underserved in our area. We are searching for a caring and professional APRN or PA to serve as our lead provider for our Maternal/Child Health program. Main duties of pre natal care, follow up visits, family planning, routing pelvic exams and screenings. Coordinate deliveries with contracted OB/Gyn groups. Also, assist with routine strep tests, UAs, urgent care for other patients as needed. Work as part of a treatment team with medical assistant, case manager and other office staff. Qualifications Medical office experience and patient care skills Basic life support certification and knowledge of medical terminology Proficiency in patient assessment and physical examinations Experience with HIPAA regulations and administering injections Familiarity with EHR systems such as eClincalWorks Relevant certifications as a
