Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team here at Friends Fellowship Community as a Nursing Assistant, where your compassionate care and proactive support will make a meaningful difference in residents' lives. In this vital role, you will assist registered nurses and certified nursing assistants in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care across a diverse clinical setting. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with the elderly population and be open to working in our memory care center. Applicants will need to be available to work during the week and every other weekend. Duties Assist in transporting residents from different activities and events. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment by adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies. Provide light housekeeping such as bed making or trash pickup for residents on a daily basis. Assist in passing nourishment and ice water as needed to residents. Accompany residents to and from appointments. Provide meal support in the dining area for both residents and other staff (i.e. taking drink orders, passing meal trays, opening packets and unwrapping items, ect.) Respond promptly to resident needs and communicate effectively with team members to coordinate care delivery. Pay:
From $12.00 per hour
