Why join Masonic Homes Kentucky flexible schedule options including day, evening, and overnight same-day pay available free TARC transportation passes Verizon wireless discount plan free uniforms competitive pay and benefits package low resident to CNA ratios What you'll do Your impact will include: assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, and mobility observing and reporting changes in residents' health to licensed nurses obtain and document vital signs supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency transporting, lifting and repositioning residents safely using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment maintaining clean and safe resident environments, including restocking and sanitizing areas assisting with isolation procedures and following all infection control protocols collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery What you'll bring current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing) strong attention to detail and observation skills ability to work independently or as part of a team reliable, flexible, and committed to resident-centered care excellent communication skills with residents, families, and staff empathy, respect, and professionalism in every interaction physical ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
