Redbanks is a locally managed, Community focused, not-for-profit, Skilled nursing center located in Henderson, Ky.
Shift Differentials include:
$1 for12-hours shifts $1.50 for night shift $3.00 for Weekends (Saturday and Sundays)
QUALIFICATIONS
State Certification as a Nursing Assistant is mandatory. Restorative level 2 Training Preferred but will train. Complete familiarity with duties of a certified nursing assistant is necessary. Highly developed observational skills are desirable. Good attendance record. Ability to compose a well written weekly progress note in PCC with proper grammar. Excellent communication skills. Functional literacy in English is required. Ability to monitor for decline in ROM, Ambulation, Sit to stand, Swallowing and self-feeding, etc. Ability to work well with others. Tolerance, patience, empathy and concern are necessary.
