Home Care CNA HHA Join the BrightCare HomeCare Team! BrightCare HomeCare is a leading provider of home care services in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Metairie and Mandeville Louisiana, and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses. Our team is composed of highly trained and competent staff members who are experts in delivering personalized care services in the comfort of our clients' homes.
Job Summary:
We are seeking top-tier Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to join our elite team. As a Home Care CNA HHA with BrightCare HomeCare, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care in our clients' homes, including personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, light housekeeping and meal prep, companionship and emotional support, and caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, mobility and transfer assistance, light housekeeping and meal prep, companionship and emotional support to clients Caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities with dignity and respect Follow a personalized care plan to cater to each client's unique personal and health needs Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, and consistency Pass comprehensive background and drug screenings
Requirements:
5+ years of professional caregiving experience CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience Positive attitude and genuine heart for service Ability to provide compassionate care in a home setting Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screenings
