RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility) Support clients with transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises Provide basic skin care, oral hygiene, and simple (non-sterile) dressing changes Prepare meals and follow dietary instructions Perform light housekeeping (changing linens, cleaning, laundry) Run errands or shop for household necessities Remind clients to take medications that are self-administered Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Provide companionship/support

QUALIFICATIONS

HHA, CNA, or Homemaker/PCA certification required Ability to communicate in English Reliable, compassionate, and able to follow instructions Current physical and TB/chest X-ray results CORI background check required Three professional references Completion of agency orientation and annual in-service training Please click
