Must have reliable access to an INSURED personal vehicle Driving is an essential function of this role Must be 21+ and able to pass a driving background checkVinfen is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide overnight direct care and nursing support to adults with developmental disabilities and complex health needs in a residential setting. Key Responsibilities Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living Monitor individuals overnight for changes in physical, mental, or emotional status Administer medications and treatments according to MAP guidelines Support personal care, mobility, and health-related needs Assist individuals with overnight routines and safety supervision Maintain accurate documentation, medication records, and shift notes Promote a safe, clean, and respectful residential environment Advocate for individuals served and support choice and independence Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Current Massachusetts CNA license

REQUIRED
