On-Call CNA - Home Helpers of Lexington (Waltham Office)

Location:

Based out of Waltham, MA — travel within a 1-hour radius

Schedule:

On-call, flexible hours during weekdays and/or weekends

Current Opening:

Monday 8am-6pm & Fridays 8am-6pm Home Helpers of Lexington is looking for a dependable and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as an On-Call Caregiver . This vital position supports our clients and field staff by filling in as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Be available and flexible during scheduled on-call hours Travel to client homes within approximately one hour of our Waltham office Provide personal care, companionship, and support based on individual care plans Adapt quickly to new client environments and care needs Maintain professionalism and compassion in every interaction

Requirements:

Active CNA Certification in Massachusetts Home Care experience required (minimum 2 years preferred) Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable and flexible with a positive attitude If you are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
