Your #1 priority will be building a repertoire of trust with the our office staff, our families, and, most importantly, our clients. You will assist in the daily care of seniors or disabled adults. As a company, we pay for every hour worked giving you the flexibility to work more to boost your pay or take time off without the risk of running out of leave. Flexible start dates available as well. New employee orientations are held weekly Benefits that we offer to caregivers: Flexible schedule Work near your home - we match you to cases in your area Stability - many shifts (day AND night) in your area Direct Deposit Immediate hours are available both weekdays and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in personal care or other related fields Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Driver's License (required) and reliable transportation 401 K plan managed by Paychex.
