Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Caregiver | Part-time

About the Role We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable female caregiver (CNA or experienced caregiver) to provide one-on-one home care in Clarksburg, MD . This position is ideal for someone who is experienced in senior care, attentive, and able to provide culturally sensitive support. The client is an 83-year-old woman who requires assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, and basic health monitoring. This role requires a caregiver who can communicate effectively in Urdu and understands the client's cultural needs. Schedule Approximately 47 hours per week Responsibilities Provide personal care and companionship in a home setting Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.) Prepare Pakistani meals according to client preferences Monitor client's condition, especially related to diabetes care Assist with medication reminders Perform light housekeeping related to client care Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity at all times Report any changes in client condition promptly Requirements Female caregiver (client preference) Fluent in Urdu and able to communicate in English Experience caring for elderly patients, especially those with diabetes CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience Compassionate, patient, and reliable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide culturally appropriate care What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Stable, full-time hours Supportive and professional work environment Opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one care
