CNA CMT HHA Companion Caregiver Dementia Experience Required

The caregiver will provide companion care services for an elderly client with mild dementia, offering supervision, companionship, and assistance with community outings and daily activities.

Schedule:

12 hours per week Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays 4 hours per day

Responsibilities Include:

Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with outings such as grocery shopping and church attendance Monitoring safety and overall well-being Providing reminders and assistance with daily routines Encouraging social engagement and meaningful activities Light assistance as needed to support comfort and independence

Qualifications:

Active CNA, CMT, or HHA certification preferred Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia required Female caregiver preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Reliable transportation required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Seeking a caregiver who can provide attentive companionship and supportive care in a warm and respectful manner.
