Job Description

We are looking for skilled Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA's) to join our team of healthcare professionals, dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to our wonderful community. Full-Time & Part-Time openings on d ay shift: 8am-4pm, e vening shift: 4pm-12am, and night shift:12am-8am Sign-on Bonus up to $5,000.

Generous compensation package Shift differentials for evening ($1 per hour), overnight ($1.50 per hour), and weekends ($2 per hour for day shift, $3 per hour for evening, and $3.50 per hour for overnight). Tuition Assistance Responsibilities:
Provide daily personal care to residents, including dental, bathing, dressing, hair, and nail care, while promoting independence. Assist with mobility, including walking, transferring, and using devices. Perform routine checks to ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to calls. Support residents with eating, hydration, and maintaining personal hygiene. Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and report any concerns. Facilitate resident participation in activities and appointments. Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
Requirements:
Certified Geriatric Nursing Assistant. Current Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification.
Education:
Successful completion of a Geriatric Nursing Assistant Program.
