Your responsibilities may include:
Monitoring and recording vital signs Assisting with feeding and nutrition Supporting personal hygiene and daily living activities Assisting with transfers and mobility Encouraging safe ambulation Performing tasks outlined in each client's individualized Plan of Care Collaborating with facility staff and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care Every interaction is an opportunity to improve someone's day—and their quality of life.
