Responsibilities include:

Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with meal preparation and feeding Light housekeeping and laundry Changing linens and maintaining a clean environment Monitoring and documenting client condition and activities Taking and recording vital signs when appropriate Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities Following individualized care plans under nursing supervision Qualifications Current CNA certification preferred (where applicable) High School Diploma or GED Minimum one year of caregiving, home care, or healthcare experience Current CPR certification Negative TB test or chest X-ray Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle with current insurance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with mobility needs Ability to pass background screening and hiring requirements Experience We Value We encourage applicants with experience as: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Caregiver Home Health Aide (HHA) Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Resident Aide Patient Care Technician Direct Support Professional (DSP) Companion Caregiver Join a Team That Appreciates You At BrightStar Care, we recognize the dedication and compassion our caregivers bring every day.
