The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Key Responsibilities Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety at all times. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary team members. Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or CENA certification in the state of Michigan. Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work afternoon shift hours reliably. Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs. Basic knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
