Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Restorative Aide for L'Anse, MI in a long-term care setting. You would have flexible hours, full benefits, and the support of working with a great therapy team. A Restorative Aide is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with training in rehabilitation techniques, focusing on helping patients regain or maintain mobility, strength, and independence. They would implement individualized care plans, such as range-of-motion exercises, walking assistance, and daily task rehabilitation, under the guidance of physical or occupational therapists. Minimal High School Graduate Cert Nursing Assistant (CNA) Computer/keyboard skills Organizational skills Experience preferred but not required.
